It’s so rare that you get a mishmash of things that would make the twelve year old version of yourself giggle with joy. Truly, what is better than having a former Superman take on pro-wrestler The Big Show in what basically amounts to a cage match? The answer is nothing, as granted by WWE Studios Inc.
Mason Danvers is a detective out for revenge against the criminal/giant that killed his wife, Victor Abbott. Danvers deliberately gets himself thrown in prison in an attempt to reach his foe. Like the promotional poster says: “Get ready for hell in a cell”. I totally imagined Vince McMahon saying that.
Vendetta is directed by the Soska Sisters, Jen and Sylvia. It stars Dean Cain and Paul Wight. You can expect it for a limited and internet release on June 12th, 2015 with no other dates or countries scheduled. There will probably be a promotion for it on WWE sponsored programs soon enough for you wrestling fans.
