Another trailer with Sam L. Jackson in it!
Anyway, the buff and often shirtless Tarzan returns to the jungle. After having acclimated to life in London, he returns to his native home to investigate a mining encampment. Let’s talk about the scene where Tarzan runs off the cliff. Now, I understand it’s cool to jump off high places but people in the real world would most likely die or be horribly injured.
Also, what are the chances that there are two vines directly under you? Then there’s the issue of tensile strength. What I’m getting at is that part is stupid and Tarzan should be in a hospital or dead. And that’s the least incredible part about this trailer.
The Legend of Tarzan is directed by David Yates and stars Alexander Skarsgård as Tarzan, Margot Robbie as Jane Porter, and Christoph Waltz. You can see this in U.S. theaters July 1st, 2016 and U.K. theatres July 8th, 2016. For full dates, click here.
