Teenagers learn the dangers of seances in the newest from A24: Talk to Me.
A small group of friends join in on a popular internet craze of performing seance with an embalmed hand. But, for Mia (Sophie Wilde), on the anniversary of her mother’s passing, it’s more than just a fun experiment. When things go wrong, a door to the other side is open and they have to fight for their lives.
After premiering at Sundance Film Festival the buzz has been pretty high, and the trailer makes this Australian indie look like quite the thrill ride.
Be careful when playing with supernatural forces kiddos.
Talk to Me is directed by Danny Philippou and Michael Philippou. It stars Sophie Wilde, Joe Bird, Alexandra Jensen, and Miranda Otto. Talk to Me will be released in theaters in the US on July 28th, 2023. For international release dates click here.
