It’s the year 2085. The ocean levels have risen to flood islands and coastal areas. The human race has been forced to become cyborgs. However, a virus has started to infect those who have these cybernetic enhancements. Oz (Osric Chau) must do whatever it takes to save the woman he cares about who has also developed this deadly virus.
