SECURITY Trailer

Security is an upcoming action thriller about a former soldier turned mall security guard (Antonio Banderas), who through a small act of kindness, ends up having to protect a young woman who wanders into his mall. As it turns out the young woman is not just any woman but a witness in a trial against a violent criminal (Ben Kingsley) and his gang. As the criminals besiege the local mall the small team of security guards must band together for survival. While this is happening all lines of communication are cut off leaving Banderas and his small group of misfits with nothing but what they can find around them to defend themselves.
With a trailer that makes the film look like equal parts Straw Dogs, Assault on Precinct 13, Dawn of the Dead and Die Hard, Security looks like it will be a fun action thriller. It probably won’t be anywhere near the level of the films mentioned previously but if it’s somewhere near the level of previous Millenium efforts such as Olympus Has Fallen and its sequel London Has Fallen, Security will make for a decent watch all the same.
Security is directed by Alain Desrochers and stars Antonio Banderas, Ben Kingsley, Cung Le, Chad Lindberg, Yana Marinova, Liam McIntyre, Yiro Wang and Gabriella Wright. It will be released in the U.K. on July 3rd, 2017 with an as of yet unknown U.S. release date. For international release dates, click here.
