The trailer looks promising, doesn’t it?

onlygodforgivesIn read my review here), in the ’80s feel (and music) and the highly contrasted cinematography and colorful sets and lighting. If Drive and Bronson are any indication, we’re in for a piece of violent art, if anything.

The trailer doesn’t tell us all that much yet, but I can tell the relationship between mom and son is going to be interesting, especially if she’s the one who drives him into the violence.
