LOVE AT FIRST FIGHT Trailer
Firstly, this movie is French. Second, it’s kind of a romance except a guy keeps on getting beat up by a girl. Fetishes aside, this film is the winner of four Cannes prizes. Young Arnaud was enjoying a peaceful summer until he was wrestled to the ground by the most Spartan girl ever, Madeleine. His curiosity, piqued by her brusque demeanor, carries him into army training where she subsequently dislocates his shoulder. At least he got her to smile.
Love at First Fight or Les Combattants is directed by Thomas Cailley and stars Kévin Azaïs and Adèle Haenel. It is already seeing a limited release in the U.S. For other release dates, please look here.
