FROZEN 2 Trailer
Anna and Elsa are off for another adventure in Frozen 2, the latest from Walt Disney Animation Studios.
This is the “classic” Disney branch, the one that started with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and has been defining childhoods ever since. The Disney brand has become rather large and diverse, so if you’re looking for that traditional combo of catchy songs, princesses in peril, and stunning animation, this is where you should turn.
Frozen 2 is, of course, the sequel to the smash hit Frozen, and it picks up pretty much where we left off. Elsa is ruling Arendelle with the support of her sister, Anna, but her icy powers keep stirring up trouble. This time she’s feeling pulled to the North, and the sisters bring the whole gang from the first film to an unknown land that just might hold the key to Elsa’s powers. And for some reason there’s an ice horse. That’s right, we’re getting an ice horse!!!
Pretty much everyone returned for this project, with co-directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck back at the helm and voice actors Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad reprising their roles. Newcomers include cast members Sterling K. Brown and Evan Rachel Wood and a new writer, Allison Schroeder (Hidden Figures).
Everything is in place for Disney to capture magic yet again. Or better yet, to let it go.
Frozen 2 is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee and stars Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad. It will be released in the US and the UK on November 22nd, 2019. For international release dates, click here.
