Tell me if you’ve seen this story before. An infection turns most of humanity rabid. But there’s more. Two men and a nine-year-old girl survive in relative peace, nine years after the infection. They’re in some icy cold forgotten part of the world. Wait, there’s even more. The two men hate each other but their love for the little girl overcomes their personal issues. Okay. Now, I get to tell you what you’ve probably haven’t seen, Matthew Fox as the King of the Vagrants. Seriously, you just want to give him a haircut. Then breathe a sigh of relief when it actually happens.
Extinction is directed by Miguel Angel Vivas. It stars Jeffrey Donovan and Quinn McColgan. You can expect a limited run on July 31st 2015 in the States and an August 14th 2015 release for Spain. There are currently no other release dates.
