BONES AND ALL Trailer

A couple is united by a truly unique interest in Bones and All, the latest from director Luca Guadagnino.
Based on the book of the same name, the movie documents the cross-country road trip undertaken by Maren and Lee. They’re young, they’re in love, and they crave human flesh. It’s that third thing, obviously, that sets them apart and makes their lives forever unstable. Their hunting means they must move from place to place to avoid being caught, but they have each other through it all.
Blood romance is hardly new to Guadagnino, who twisted Suspiria into an aching, yearning romance within a coven of dancing witches. Most of his films are love stories, deeply felt and roiling, from Call Me by Your Name to I Am Love, making Bones and All a natural fit for him even if it contains unnatural acts.
Starring as the central lovers are Taylor Russell, who was astonishing in Waves, and Guadagnino alum Timothée Chalamet. Most of the supporting cast have worked with Guadagnino before as well, including Michael Stuhlbarg, Chloë Sevigny, and Jessica Harper. The film also co-stars Mark Rylance.
The movie’s violent content is already drawing headlines, but behind all that fuss is a team that’s guaranteed to deliver a great movie.
