ANNOUNCEMENT: Kristy Strouse Becomes Film Inquiry's Editor-In-Chief

I am beyond excited to announce one of the most significant developments in Film Inquiry’s history: I am passing the baton to Kristy Strouse, who will be stepping into the role of Editor-in-Chief of Film Inquiry as per today, June 1, 2020. As Editor-in-Chief she will be responsible for the publication of our articles and communications within our team, among other duties. Kristy has been an absolutely vital part of Film Inquiry for multiple years already – she has served as Operations Manager and has published many, many articles with us, and has been a host to many of our video and audio events. Many of you who follow Film Inquiry on our social media channels will be familiar with her!

To recap, I founded Film Inquiry in late 2014 and have served as Editor-in-Chief since. It has been an amazing journey so far, and Film Inquiry has grown to the point where it is really no longer feasible or sustainable for me to continue to fill multiple roles. I will be transitioning into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will focus on continuing to grow this independent platform that I am so incredibly proud of, and will continue to be very closely involved with all the goings-on behind the scenes.

I would like to thank Kristy for her dedication and am looking forward to continuing to work with her, especially in this new configuration. This feels like a new era for us, and I am so proud and excited about the progress and future of Film Inquiry!

Thank you!
